Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation of order before shipment:

The customer can cancel the order any time before the delivery or before the order is shipped from the warehouse. The shipment can process within 12 hours of order confirmation. In case you want to cancel the order follow any of the following methods:

  • You can write to our customer support team on Contact Us page.
  • Email us to cancel your order at (email address)
  • Call us on our number to cancel the order before shipment (number).

When the order is canceled, the money can be refunded to you within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation of an order after shipment:

In case you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped out but not delivered yet, please contact our Customer support team to cancel the order by the methods mentioned above.

  • After canceling the order which has been handed over to the courier company, please do not accept the order after the cancellation. Return the package to the courier company representative.
  • We will check and inspect the condition of the package once received back from Courier Company and after verification will refund your amount within 24-48 business hours.

How will the customer receive the refunds of canceled order and how long it will take?

In case the order has been canceled after the shipment of the order, the refund process will start within 24-48 hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case the cancellation request is received after the order is dispatched, the customer support team will wait for the product to be returned to the warehouse so that the inspection a checking of the order is done. Once the verification of the order is done, the refund process will take 24-48 hours.

  • In case the payment of the order has been made from the credit or debit card or the account via internet banking, the refunded amount will be transferred back to the same account within 24-48 business hours. In case the order is canceled after the shipment the amount will be reimbursed after the checking of order. It may take 2 to 3 days to amount reflect in your account.
  • In case you have chosen the cash on delivery method, we will refund the amount of your returned product to the account detail you will send us on the email. The refund process will also start once the returned product is inspected and verified and might take 2 to 3 days to show the amount in your bank statement.

  • We will send a representative to pick the product from your location in 2-4 business days and will start the process of replacement or refund only in the necessary condition which has the original packaging, seal, bar codes, and labels in its place.

Partial return or part of the order needs return:

In case a customer needs to return an individual item or product from the entire order, this can be done too only when the product is in the original place as well as any gift or product which was delivered with it.

How can I receive the amount of refund of returned order and how long does the process will take place?
