Order Cancellation Process

Cancellation (before shipping)

The customer can cancel the order any time before the order is shipped from our warehouse. The shipment can process within 12 hours of order confirmation. In case you want to cancel the order, follow any of the following methods:

- Please email us to cancel your order at [email protected].
- Call us on our number to cancel the order before shipment (+92) 3211681717.

 

Cancellation (after shipping)

In case you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped out but not delivered yet, please contact our Customer support team to cancel the order.

- Please do not accept the order after the cancellation.
- Return the package to the courier company representative.
- We will check and inspect the package's condition once received back from Courier Company.
- A return shipping fee will be applied to the customer.
